They dot most routes, allowing us to quickly travel down... but never up. Dozens have tried; none have succeeded. Many a limb has been broken in the attempt.

They're these weird discs. You break them over your Pokémon's heads, and they pick up the move. You just need badges to use them outside of battles.

I've sat on some walls, and one time I found a really steep staircase.

But I was able to climb it. I just had to step real high.

Kind of, yeah. There's a type called blood orange. Sounds spooky, but it's just the color. It looks red on the inside.

They're nothing like badges. They're more like pins, and they prove you're one of the toughest trainers around.

Believe me, I've seen humans climb and jump over much higher obstacles, too. The ledges... I'd almost call them cursed.
